Victorian Patient Transport Assistance Scheme
The Victorian Patient Transport Assistance Scheme (VPTAS) covers some costs incurred by rural Victorians when they travel more than 100 kilometres one way for specialist medical treatment.
Travel and accommodation costs can be subsidised.
In order to receive this subsidy, you will need to complete a VPTAS form. Our approved medical specialists can sign the claim form for you.
