  • Commence wrist range of movement exercises, respecting pain
  • Scar massage and oedema control

Late phase (>6 weeks)

  • Wean splint
  • Regain range of movement, proprioception and function
  • Regain grip strength

Rehabilitation

  • Wean splint
  • Regain full functional range of movement
  • Load wrist and regain grip strength
